Like most American Terriers, Umar fell in love with chasing the lure. His hunting passion and eagerness to pursue the prey allow him to expend his energy as well as build up muscle mass, since the activity is physically challenging.
Coursing is the oldest dog sport in history, in which the dogs are following a lure, towed by a winch. Usually it is rabbit skin mounted on a tassel. For all our dogs, it represents the perfect way to make use of their energy and a source of unbridled joy moments before the start.
